What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. Our slings have a 3 year warranty against material defects and in workmanship (seams). Customer's must complete the measuring process using our Perfect Fitt web app ensure that you can return and/or we can replace your slings in the rare case they do not fit.
What Brands do you make?
Our custom made slings will fit ANY chiar that use the standard sling rails and spline system. Some of the most popular brands we make replacement slings for are: Tropitone, Brown Jordan, Woodard, Winston. We do not make slings for Homescrest furniture.
Do you offer installation services?
Yes! We offer installation in southern Virginia, throughout the Carolinas and Eastern Tennessee. We are also pleased to offer a pickup and delivery service. Contact Us for more information.
When will I get my order?
All slings orders ship within 5 business days (sometimes sooner!)
Do you offer other fabrics or can you match my existing fabric?
Yes! We offer the full line of Phifertex and Sunbrella sling fabrics. For a 15% upcharge we can special order any fabric. View All Fabrics Here
Are there any chairs that you can't replace the slings on?
We do not recommend trying to replace the sling on chairs that have a welded stretcher bar. We also do not make and do not recommend replacement slings on chairs that use a "driven-in" spline system (similar to a screen door/window).
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in North Carolina. Phifertex fabrics are made in Alabama. This means that replacement slings from PatioSlingsDirect.com are 100% made in the USA!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE on orders over $100.00. We charge a flat $14.95 for orders below $100.00
Do you offer other fabrics choices?
Yes we do! The fabrics on our website are the fabrics we stock year round. However, we are pleased to offer the entire Phifertex Catalog for special order. Simply Contact Us to discuss your project.
