Refund policy

At Patio Slings Direct, each sling is custom-made to your order specifications. We highly recommend customers use our measuring guide so that your custom made replacement slings fit perfectly. We are proud to provide free fabric samples and a free measuring kit so that we can guarantee that your replacement slings fit just right!

• Eligibility: Eligible returns (stock items only) must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.  Eligible refunds will be issued within 72 hours or receipt of goods. 

• Condition: The product must be unused and in original condition.

• Coverage: Returns are only accepted if the sling dimensions, fabric, or stitching differ from what was ordered due to a manufacturing error.

• Exclusions: We cannot accept returns for customer measurement errors, fabric selection changes, or normal wear and tear.

• Shipping Fees: Customer's are responsible for return shipping fees. 

SPECIAL ORDERS - Custom Sling orders and non-refundable.  We will glady assist you in getting the right fit should there be an issues with your order.
