2. Custom-Made Products
All slings and related products are custom-made to order based on the measurements and fabric selections provided by the customer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure measurements and fabric choices are accurate.

PatioSlingsDirect is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect measurements or customer-selected options.
3. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

We accept major credit cards and other forms of payment shown at checkout.

4. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more within the contiguous United States.

Processing and delivery times vary by product; estimated times will be displayed at checkout.

Oversized or freight deliveries may require special arrangements.
5. Returns & Refunds
Because our products are custom-made, returns are only accepted for items manufactured incorrectly.

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused and in original condition.

Refunds or replacements will be issued after inspection of the returned item.
6. Warranties

All PatioSlingsDirect slings are double-stitched with Gore Tenara® thread for durability.

We provide a 3-year warranty on workmanship and seams.

Phifertex® fabrics include a 3-year limited warranty against defects.
7. Limitation of Liability
PatioSlingsDirect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Our responsibility is limited to the replacement cost of the product itself.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
