Measure your ottoman. Enter your ottoman's width and depth (round up to the nearest 1/4"). Our Perfect Fit Measuring Kit walks you through it if you'd like help.
Choose your spline size. Pick the spline that matches your frame's rail channel.
Add to cart. Your sling is custom-made to your measurements.
Will it fit my furniture?
Our slings fit sling-style furniture with straight, removable rails where the fabric slides into a channel. See the fit checklist above, or email photos to sales@patioslingsdirect.com and we'll confirm before you order.
Order our $4.99 Perfect Fit Measuring Kit and complete the guide with the requested photos. If your sling doesn’t fit because of the measurements we approved, we’ll replace it. Either way, we’ll gladly help you get the right fit.
How do I know my spline size?
Most chairs use our standard 7/32" spline; some need the larger 1/4". The measuring kit includes a sample of both so you can check against your old sling. Not sure? Email a photo of the sling edge to sales@patioslingsdirect.com.
Can I install it myself?
Yes. Most customers install their own slings with basic tools. Watch our installation video. A spreader bar makes adding tension much easier.
How long will it take to get my slings?
Shipping is free. Custom orders ship within 5 business days; allow 5 to 7 business days in transit to the lower 48 states.
Do you offer a discount on a full set?
Yes. Buy 3 slings and get the 4th free. Mix any styles, sizes and colors; the discount applies automatically in your cart.
Which brands do you make slings for?
We custom-make slings to fit most major brands, including Winston, Brown Jordan, Tropitone, Woodard, Telescope and many more. If your frame has straight, removable rails, we can almost always make it.
What is your return policy?
Because every sling is custom-made, returns are accepted only if the size, fabric or stitching differs from what you ordered because of a manufacturing error, within 30 days. See our full refund policy.
